This old school favorite uses the finest smoked fish in town… your choice of hand sliced nova scotia, large filleted whitefish, sable, or sturgeon. Hand whipped cream cheese of choice (maximum of 2; plain, low-fat plain, veggie, low-fat veggie, scallion).
